At the banquet, the Golden Chanterelle Trophy will be presented to one of our members, selected by the membership, for outstanding contribution to our Society. Gift exchange will follow.

Bring a small wrapped mushroom item for the gift exchange.

Banquet Menu

Antipasto:

Bruschetta — Grilled homemade herb bread drizzled with olive oil topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions.

Salad :

Insalata Mista — Mixed greens with mushrooms and vinaigrette.

Entree :

Fettuccine con Funghi — Fresh, homemade fettuccine noodle tossed with olive oil, various mushrooms, sage and garnished with truffle oil. (vegetarian dish).

or :

Medaglione di Maiale — Grilled pork tenderloin with assorted mushrooms served with potato, vegetable gratin.

Dessert :

Chocolate Pot de Crème — Small portion in "tulip" bowl.

Beverages :

Coffee, soda or milk.

$26; Dessert included; wine will be available at additional cost.
