Annual MMS Potluck Dinner
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Changes to the Club's Potluck Dinner Event. The mushrooms
that shall be permitted to be included in the dishes prepared by members
for the Annual Potluck Dinner shall henceforth be restricted to either:
A. Commercially produced and/or processed edible
mushrooms,

- or - |
B. One of the below listed wild mushroom species:

1. Puffball, Large (Clavatia gigantea) and Small (Lycoperdom perlatum)
2. Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus)
3. Sulfur Shelf (Laetiporus sulphureus)
4. Hen of the Woods (Grifola frondosa)
5. Morel (Morchella elata and esculenta)
6. Shaggy Mane (Coprinus comatus)
7. Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius)
8. Black Trumpet (Craterellus cornucopioides)
9. King Bolete (Boletus edulis)
10. Lobster (Hypomyces lactiflurum)
11. Hedge Hog (Hydnum repandum)
In addition to the above, all dishes shall include only one mushroom
species. No combination of mushroom species in any one dish shall be permitted.
