"All About Mushrooms"
at the University of Minnesota
For the fourth time an evening introductory mushroom course is being
offered at the University of Minnesota called All About Mushrooms. Attendance
in the course the first three years was excellent, with a good mix of
interests being represented by a diverse student group. The course is
offered at two credits but meets only one evening per week for the convenience
of a diverse group of students. Prerequisites are minimal-any biology
course at the high school or higher level.
