MMS POTLUCK 2002
Our society held its famous annual potluck diner at the last meeting
of the fall season on October 28. As usual it was a magnificent feast
with great food and good fellowship. This year members outdid themselves
in creating a wonderful assortment of mushroom dishes featuring thirteen
different species of wild mushroom. Where else can you experience such
exotic cuisine? Here is a list of the dishes and their creators:
- Shaggy mane (Coprinus comatus) soup by Doris Johannes
- Pork Loin with black trumpets (Craterellus fallax) in madeira
